Using this site

This website is operated by Decoview Pty Ltd (ABN 85 610 534 391). PoolPerf® is a registered business name of Decoview Pty Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the current version applies whenever you use the site.

Information on this site

We take care to keep product, compliance and pricing information accurate and current, but it is provided as general information only. Specifications and prices may change. Regulatory information about pool fences is a general summary - pool safety legislation varies by state and territory and is amended from time to time. Always confirm the requirements that apply to your property with your local council or state pool safety authority before relying on anything here.

Quotes and orders

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell. Quotes are subject to site measurement and written confirmation. Orders are governed by our sale terms and the Decoview® terms and conditions supplied with your order.

Trade Partners

Our accredited Trade Partners are independent businesses. They are authorised to supply and install PoolPerf® products in their regions, but they are not agents of Decoview Pty Ltd, and the contract for installation work is between you and that business.

Intellectual property

PoolPerf®, PurePerf®, PerfSafe® and Decoview® are registered trademarks. All content on this site, including images, designs, perforation patterns and copy, is protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
